If you wanted to know my story...

I graduated in Economics and Business in 2023 and immediately began collaborating with various companies, primarily in the infobusiness sector. I quickly noticed that most entrepreneurs in these companies faced the same challenge: they were so deeply involved and chained to their business that they had no time to focus on their growth or develop new ventures.

That’s when I started thinking about how I could help them. I realized that what was missing in their companies were skilled managers capable of successfully overseeing different business departments, allowing the entrepreneur to focus on high-impact activities.

I quickly understood that building excellent managers within a company requires time, targeted and direct training, hands-on mentorship, and that not everyone is suited for this role. Over time, I developed structured procedures within these companies to train managers efficiently and effectively
